摘  要:目的:探索酶放大免疫测定技术(EMIT)检测万古霉素药物浓度的动态飘逸校正系数。方法:以新配的20μg·mL^(-1)万古霉素标准水溶液为质控样品,用德国西门子全自动生化仪,分别在试剂盒的第46和102次测试时做质控检测,进行质控检测浓度动态飘逸指数函数的推拟。结果:获得了动态飘逸系数:k=(1+0.000 50×n0.570 76)n,动态飘逸校正系数:k’=1/[(1+0.000 50×n^(0.570 76))~n],用第1,9,19,61,87和112次质控样品检测浓度验证计算,相对误差在±5%以内。结论:得到的动态飘逸校正系数可用于万古霉素质控检测浓度的动态校正,有利于万古霉素血药浓度的准确检测,可减少对万古霉素检测系统不定期定标或质控产生的试剂浪费。OBJECTIVE To explore the dynamic state upwarp correction coefficient of vancomycin concentration by EMIT.METHODS A20μg·mL^(-1) new vancomycin standard water solution was used as the quality control sample.Automatic biochemical analyzer(Germany Siemens)was used to measure the sample concentration at test 46 and 102 of the reagent box,and speculate the dynamic state upwarp exponential function of vancomycin quality control detection.RESULTS The dynamic state upwarp coefficient,k=(1+0.000 50×n0.570 76)n,and the dynamic state upwarp correction coefficient,k'=1/[(1+0.000 50×n^(0.570 76))~n],were obtained.The vancomycin quality control detection at test 1,9,19,61,87 and 112 were verified,the relative errors were between-5% and 5%.CONCLUSION The obtained dynamic state upwarp correction coefficient can be used for dynamic calibration of vancomycin quality control detections.It would be in favor of accurate detection of the plasma vancomycin concentration,reduce reagent waste due to non-scheduled calibration or quality control for vancomycin detection.
