摘　　要：节律性化疗以低剂量、高频次给药为特点在肿瘤治疗中的应用日益广泛。其中环磷酰胺作为一种烷化剂,是最早应用于节律性化疗的细胞毒药物之一,在肿瘤节律性化疗中得到广泛的应用。本文对环磷酰胺节律性化疗抗肿瘤作用的机制、临床应用、方法优势以及目前存在的问题等研究进展进行了综述。最后强调了环磷酰胺节律性化疗在临床应用中的重要地位。环磷酰胺节律性化疗仍存在着许多的问题,需要通过更深入的研究去解决。Metronomic chemotherapy,characterized by lower dosage and high frequency administration,is widely used in the antitumor treatment.As an alkylating agent,cyclophosphamide is one of the cytotoxic antineoplastic drugs which is earliest used in metronomic chemotherapy.In this paper,we review the latest advances in understanding the complex mechanisms of metronomic chemotherapy of cyclophosphamide,clinical application,advantages and the existing problems.Meanwhile,we also emphasize the important role of cyclophosphamide in metronomic chemotherapy.However,there are still many problems about metronomic chemotherapy,which should be further explored.
