摘  要:[目的]评价80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂在芦笋和豇豆上的安全使用,研究其在芦笋、豇豆及土壤中的动态消解。[方法]消解动态按制剂量2250 g/hm^2(1800 g a.i./hm^2)施药。样品中的代森锰锌与氯化亚锡盐酸溶液反应,生成的二硫化碳用正己烷收集,取正己烷相用气相色谱仪进行检测。[结果]二硫化碳的标准曲线的相关系数为0.9999,线性范围为0.01~5.0 mg/L。代森锰锌在芦笋、豇豆和土壤中的平均回收率为83.4%~96.9%,变异系数为1.6%~6.7%。消解动态试验结果用一级动力学方程拟合,代森锰锌在芦笋、豇豆和土壤中的半衰期为0.9~2.7 d。[结论]代森锰锌在芦笋、豇豆及土壤中属于易降解农药(T_(1/2)<30 d)。[Aims] This study aims to ensure safety in use of mancozeb 80% WP in cowpea and asparagus, the residues degradation dynamic ofmancozeb in soil was investigated, [Methods] In the field test of residual dynamic, mancozeb 80% WP was applied to cowpea, asparagus and soil by spraying for 3 times with the dose of 2250 g/ha (1800 g a.i./ha). The samples was reacted with stannous chloride to produce carbon disulfide, the carbon disulfide was absorbed with n-hexane and detected by gas chromatography. [Results] The improved procedure provided high-level linearity for carbon disulfide with correlation coefficients ranging 0.9999, and the detection limits were in the range of 0.01 to 5.0 mg/L. Three levels were studied in additive reclamation text, the average recoveries of mancozeb in asparagus, cowpea and soil were in the range of 83.4 to 96.9% with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 1.6 to 6.7%. The results of field tests showed that the half-life of mancozeb were in the range of 0.9 to 2.7 d in asparagus, cowpea and soil. [Conclusions] Mancozeb is a kind of easily degradable pesticide in asparagus, cowpea and soil.
