料场膜结构密闭厂房自然通风数值模拟

摘　　要：采用数值模拟方法,研究进风口、排风口的面积以及进风口位置,对料场膜结构密闭厂房的自然通风效果(以工作区平均温度作为评价指标)的影响。在模拟时,将排风口设置在厂房侧墙的最高处。在排风口面积、进风口位置一定的条件下,通风量随进风口面积增大基本呈线性增长;工作区平均温度随进风口面积的增大先快速下降,然后趋于平缓。在进风口面积、进风口位置一定的条件下,通风量随着排风口面积的增大先较快速增大,然后趋于平缓;工作区平均温度随着排风口面积的增大先快速下降,然后趋于平缓。在进风口、排风口面积一定的条件下,由于燃煤堆料的阻挡作用,通风量随着进风口位置的升高,呈现先增加后减小的趋势;工作区平均温度随进风口位置的升高,呈现先降低后升高的趋势。采取自然通风时,膜结构密闭厂房存在最佳进风口面积、最佳排风口面积以及最佳进风口位置。The influence of air inlet and outlet areas and air inlet position on the natural ventilation effect （the average temperature of working area as an evaluation index） in membrane structure airtight work- shop of material yard is studied by numerical simula- tion. In the simulation, the air outlet is set at the high- est point of the side wall of the workshop. Under the conditions of given air outlet area and air inlet posi- tion ,the ventilation volume increases linearly with the increase of the inlet air area,and the average tempera- ture in the working area decreases rapidly with the in- crease of the air inlet area, and then tends to be gentle. Under the conditions of given air inlet area and air inlet position, the ventilation volume increases rapidly with the increase of the air outlet area, and then tends to be to be gentle. The average temperature of the working area decreases rapidly with the increase of the air outlet area, and then tends to be gentle. Under the condition of given air inlet and outlet areas, the ventilation vol- ume first increases and then decreases with the raise of the air inlet position due to the blocking effect of coal pile. The average temperature in the working area first decreases and then increases with the raise of the inlet position. When natural ventilation is adopted, the best air inlet area, the best air outlet area and the best air inlet position exist in the membrane structure airtight workshop.
