新医改前后四川省乙类大型医用设备配置公平性研究

摘　　要：采用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数等方法,分析四川省乙类大型医用设备按人口、地理配置的公平性。结果显示,新医改后四川省乙类大型医用设备按人口分布公平性得到优化,但是按地理分布不公平形势依然严峻。建议充分利用地理信息技术,分开指导民族地区与其它地区的设备配置;全面推广区域协同服务和第三方服务,促进设备共用共享,缩小不同经济地区医用设备配置水平的差距。This paper analyzed the fairness of class B large nledical equipment allocation by population and geographical position, The result showed ihat alter the new nledical reform, the fairness by population distribution of class B large medical equipment in Siehuan Province is opti- mized, but the situation of unfair distribulion by geographical is still severe. It is suggested to make full use of geographic information technology＇, to guide the equipment allocation between ethnic regions and other legions separalely, to promote regional cooperative service mid third party ser- vice in an all-round way, to promoie equipment sharing, and to nam^w the gap of medical equipment allocation level in different econoniic areas.
