摘　　要：目的分析研究中国男子篮球甲级联赛(CBA)职业球员转会制度的现状,为中国篮球职业联赛转会制度的改革提供参考意见。方法通过文献资料法,对CBA俱乐部的发展现状、CBA职业球员转会制度的分类及存在的问题等进行详细的分析。结果和结论针对CBA职业球员临时转会的摘牌问题、国内转会受到球迷谴责的情况、转会时所存在的弊端(体制内球员转会困难)、转会市场规则不完善导致财力雄厚成为主宰、转会出现"援疆"转会现象的问题一一给出具体的建议,使球员转会在联赛中的人力资源得到最合理、最优化配置,从而促进中国篮球事业的蓬勃发展。Objective To analyse the current situation of the transfer system of professional players in China Basketball Association, and to provide reference for its reformation. Methods Through literature review, the current situation, classification and existing problems of transfer system was explored. Results and Conclusion Providing the specific suggestions for the problems, such as delisting of temporary transfer of professional player, domestic transfer was condemned by the fans, drawbacks of the transfer（the difficulties of players＇ transfer in the system）, the imperfection of the transfer market rules led to strong financial resources as the main factor and the phenomenon of supporting Xinjiang, it can promote the development of Chinese basketball and ensure the reasonable and optimal allocation of human resources during transferring.
