摘　　要：提出了一种高效液相色谱法测定安奈格列汀含量的新方法。采用VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以10.0 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾-乙腈缓冲液(pH=5.5)(60∶40)为流动相,流速为0.80mL/min,检测波长为248nm。结果发现,安奈格列汀的质量浓度为2.0μg/mL^50.0μg/mL时,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=103.91c+23.45,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.71%,RSD为0.50%(n=9)。实验结果表明,该方法结果准确、专属性强,适用于安奈格列汀的质量控制及含量检测。In this paper a new HPLC for determining anagliptin was proposed.A VP-ODS C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 10.0 mmol/L KH2PO4（pH=5.5）-acetonitrile（60∶40）,and the detection wavelength was 248 nm.The flow rate of mobile phase was 0.80 mL/min.The calibration curve was linear in the anagliptin concentration range of 2.0μg/mL～50.0μg/mL,and the linear equation was A=103.91 c＋23.45（c：μg/mL）with r=0.999 8.The recovery study indicated the average recovery was 99.71% with RSD=0.50%（n=9）.The method is accurate,specific,rapid,and provides a reliable way for anagliptin quality control and content determination.
