摘 要:通过2个钢丝网复合砂浆加固受火后钢筋混凝土框架梁和1个未受火框架梁的对比试验,分析了低周反复荷载作用下钢丝网复合砂浆加固受火后钢筋混凝土框架梁的加固效果,测试了各框架梁的抗震承载力、延性、破坏形态及其滞回特性。试验结果表明:(1)在反复荷载作用下,钢丝网复合砂浆加固受火后框架梁梁端顶部出现裂缝时间比未受火的框架梁早,梁端底部出现裂缝时间比未受火框架梁迟;(2)钢丝网复合砂浆加固受火1.5 h后试件的抗弯极限承载力与未受火试件基本相等,而钢丝网复合砂浆加固受火2 h后试件的极限承载力比未受火试件有所降低;(3)随着受火时间的增加,钢丝网水泥砂浆加固受火后框架梁的抗弯极限承载力下降;(4)钢丝网复合砂浆加固受火后框架梁的延性系数与受火时间关系不大,加固后的受火框架梁具有较好的抗震性能。Two RC frame beams after fire strengthened with ferrocement and one RC frame beam without damaging by fire have been tested under cyclic loading. The strengthening effect of ferrocement is checked and analyzed. Seismic bearing capacity, ductility, failure modes and hysteresis characteristic of all beams are tested. The results show that : ( 1 ) Under cyclic loading, cracks at the top of beam end of the RC frame beams after fire strengthened with ferrocement appear earlier than those without damaging by fire, but cracks at the bottom of beam end of the RC frame beams after fire strengthened with ferrocement appear later than those without damaging by fire ; (2) The flex- ural ultimate bearing capacity of specimen after 1.5 h fire strengthened with ferrocement is almost the same as that of specimen without damaging by fire, while the flexural ultimate bearing capacity of specimen after 2 h fire strengthened with ferrocement is less than that of the specimen without damaging by fire; (3) With the increase of fire time, the ultimate flexural capacity of the RC frame beams after fire strengthened with ferrocement is de- creased;(4) There is little relationship between the ductility coefficient of the RC frame beams after fire strengthened with ferrocement and fire time, and the frame beams after fire strengthened with ferrocement have good seismic behavior.
