摘 要:为研究合理的连续开采接替方式及巷道支护技术,提高煤炭资源回收率。以章村煤矿4224采区为工程对象,利用层次分析法确定出单巷沿空留巷连续开采方式为最佳的连续开采方式,在对无充填沿空留巷支护机理分析的基础上,结合实际地质条件,确定利用单体支柱配合铰接顶梁加强采空区侧巷道顶板支护的方式,使采空区侧矸石形成"矸石垛"支撑沿空留巷顶板,通过巷道矿压观测数据分析得出:沿空留巷两帮及顶底板的最大移近量分别为600mm、800mm,有效地控制了巷道变形,满足留巷的要求。The study aims to find reasonable replacement approach in continuous mining and roadway supporting technology,and then increase the coal resource recovery rate.Taking the No.4224 mining area in Zhangchun Mine as the engineering object,Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to determine the continuous mining with gob-side entry retaining as the optimal method.Based on the study of the supporting mechanism of the gob-side entry retaining with no gateway sidewall filling and the actual geological condition,a supporting plan was established with single props with articulated beams to reinforce gob-side roofs,that is the gob-side gangue forming gangue piles to support the roof of the gob-side entry retaining.The pressure observation showed that the maximum displacement of two sides and roof/floor are 600 mm and 800 mm respectively,which could effectively control the roadway deformation and meet the requirements.
