摘  要:科技活动对于培养大学生的创新精神及实践能力发挥着重要的作用,但目前在指导师资、学生、平台和管理等方面存在诸多不足,长效机制未能形成,地方高校尤甚。因此,针对大学生科技创新活动过程中存在的问题,立足于大学生创新型人才的培养,提出"依托教学科研平台,抓好教师、学生、管理三个队伍"的思路,构建长效机制,以推动大学生科技创新活动的可持续发展。The scientific and technological activities of college students play an important role in cultivating the innovative spirit and practical ability of college students. But there are many deficiencies in guiding teachers, students, platforms and management, and long-term mechanism is not formed, especially in local colleges and universities. Therefore, in view of the problems existing in the process of scientific and technological innovation of college students and based on the cultivation of innovative talents, this paper puts forward the idea of "relying on teaching and research platform to grasp the three teams of teacher, student and management" to establish a longterm mechanism to promote the sustainable development of scientific and technological innovation activities of college students.
