摘　　要：数字货币在全球的接受程度和交易范围日益扩大,货币功能逐步完善,又因其商品属性受到投资者追捧。本文通过介绍数字货币含义和发展状况,肯定其降低成本、提高安全性以及推动普惠金融发展等积极作用,并深入剖析了数字货币面临的缺少明确法律定位、技术漏洞、价格波动剧烈等问题。在梳理主要经济体对数字货币的监管方法和措施的基础上,总结国际先进经验,结合我国实际情况,提出加快我国数字货币法制建设、加强反洗钱监管、对交易平台实施许可、注重消费者权益保护以及建立金融监管协调机制等政策建议。The the global acceptance and trading scope of digital currency is expanding, its monetary function is being gradually improved, and it is also sought after by investors because of its commodity properties. By introducing the meaning and development status of digital currency, affirming its positive role in reducing cost, improving safety and promoting the development of inclusive fi- nance as well as other positive effects, the paper deeply analyzes problems faced by digital currency such as lack of clear legal position, technical drawbacks and price volatility and so on. On the basis of summing up the regulation methods and measures of digital curren- cy of major economies and international advanced experience, combined with China＇ s actual situation, the paper puts forward policy recommendations. They are as follows： speeding up the construction of the legal system of digital currency, strengthening anti-money laundering supervision, granting licence to trading platforms, focusing on the protection of consumer rights and interests, and establish- ing the financial regulatory coordination mechanism.
