摘　　要：房地产业是国民经济的基础和支柱产业,房地产市场的稳定持续发展对我国经济的发展至关重要。本文以陕西省为研究对象,从实证的角度出发,选择若干房地产市场需求的影响因素,运用矢量误差修正模型对全省房地产市场需求的决定因素进行比较研究,并提出促进陕西省房地产平稳健康发展的对策建议。The real estate industry is the foundation and pillar industry of the national economy. The stable and sustainable devel- opment of the real estate market is vital to the development of China＇ s economy. The paper takes Shaanxi province as the research ob- ject, from the empirical point of view, chooses several influencing factors of the real estate market demand, uses the vector error cor- rection model to comparatively study the determining factors of the real estate market demand of Shaanxi province, and then puts for- ward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the steady and healthy development of the real estate in Shaanxi province.
