金融扶贫视角下的农村信用体系建设思考——以甘肃省定西市为例

摘　　要：本文以甘肃省定西市为例,从制度建设、组织保障、信息采集与信息系统建设等方面,深入分析定西市农村信用体系建设实践,探讨农村信用体系在部门协同机制、信息系统建设、征信约束机制与信用征信宣传方面对金融扶贫的影响,并提出农村信用体系建设助推金融扶贫的政策建议。Taking Dingxi city in Gansu province as an example and from aspects of system construction, organization guarantee, information collection and information system construction, the paper deeply analyzes the practice of the rural credit system construc- tion in Dingxi city, discusses the impact of the rural credit system in such aspects as department cooperative mechanism, information system construction, credit reference constraint mechanism as well as credit information publicity on the financial poverty alleviation, and puts forward policy recommendations on the rural credit system construction to boost the financial poverty alleviation.
