摘  要:目的观察内皮型一氧化氮合酶(e NOS)基因第7外显子G894T位点基因多态性与急性高原病(AMS)的关联。方法选取入高原(海拔3700 m)新兵200人为研究对象,监测入高原后AMS发病情况,得出AMS发病率及症状评分,同时检测e NOS基因G894T多态性,确定该位点多态性是否与AMS发病率及症状评分存在关联。结果该组人群AMS发病率33.53%,无高原肺水肿、脑水肿病例,基因多态性分析共检测出三种基因型:GG型、GT型、TT型,其中GG型89人(71.77%),GT型31人(25.00%),TT型4人(3.23%),GG型人群AMS发病率及症状评分显著低于GT型人群(24.72%vs 58.06%,2.51±2.10 vs 4.71±2.49)。结论 e NOS基因G894T位点多态性与AMS存在关联。Objective To study the endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) gene G894 T polymorphism and its relationship with acute mountain sickness(AMS).Methods A total of 200 military recruits who had entered Tibet(3700 m above sea levels) by plane were selected for this study.The AMS patients were diagnosed and their symptom scores were calculated after their arrival in Tibet,and the polymorphism of eNOS gene G894 T was genotyped using PCR-RFLP method.Results The incidence of AMS was 33.53%,and no high altitude pulmonary edema(HAPE) or high altitude cerebral edema(HACE) occurred.Three genotypes-GG,GT,TT-were detected and the percentage was 71.77%,25.00% and 3.23% respectively.The incidence of AMS and the symptom scores were significantly lower among GG genotype people than among GT geontype people.Conclusion The G894T polymorphism of eNOS gene is associated with AMS.
