2型糖尿病合并高血压及血脂异常患者白细胞及淋巴细胞的变化情况

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病合并高血压及血脂异常者淋巴细胞及淋白细胞比率的变化及临床意义。方法选择某医院2013年1月-2014年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者331例,其中血脂异常伴高血压者(试验1组)167例,血脂异常、血压正常者(试验2组)58例,血脂正常伴高血压患者(试验3组)28例及仅有2型糖尿病的(对照组)78例,观察四组患者全血细胞分析结果。结果(1)试验1组及试验2组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及体质指数均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);(2)四组白细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义;(3)试验1组及2组淋巴细胞计数、淋白细胞比率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血脂异常引起淋巴细胞数量及百分比的改变,可能与机体免疫功能的紊乱有关。Objective To discuss the clinical significance and the changes of leukocytes,lymphocytes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension and dyslipidemia.Methods A total of 331 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to hospital during January 2013 and December 2014 were respectively analyzed,among whom,167 patients suffered from dyslipidemia and hypertension（experimental group 1）;58 with normal blood pressure and dyslipidemia（experimental group 2）;28 with hypertension and normal lipid（experimental group 3）;78 patients without hypertension and dyslipidemia（control group）.Then,complete blood analysis was performed in four groups.Results（1） Fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and body mass index in the experimental group 1 and group 2 were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（2） There was no statistically significant difference of white blood cell count among the 4 groups（P〉0.05）.（3） Number of lymphocytes,lmphocyte leucocyte ratio in the experimental group 1 and group 2 were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Between the experimental group 3 and the control group,number of lymphocytes,lmphocyte leucocyte ratio showed no statistical significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes,dyslipidemia causes the changes of the number of lymphocytes and its percentage,dyslipidemia may cause the immune function disorders.
