653例已婚育龄女性滴虫性阴道炎感染状况调查及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨某医院653例已婚育龄女性滴虫性阴道炎感染状况,并分析其危险因素。方法随机选取2015年1月至2017年1月于某医院妇科就诊的653例已婚育龄女性作为研究对象,所有纳入研究者均进行革兰氏染色涂片法镜检是否存在阴道毛滴虫感染,并结合问卷进行调查,分析其危险因素。结果 653例已婚育龄女性中有85例确诊患有滴虫性阴道炎,其患病率为13.02%;31~40岁、41~50岁两个年龄组患者患病率高于其他年龄组(P<0.05);农民的感染率(22.01%)最高,公务人员感染率最低(6.06%),差异显著(P<0.05);最主要的感染因素为配偶感染。结论某医院653例已婚育龄女性滴虫性阴道炎感染率不低,应加强防护措施,日常生活注意卫生,提高已婚育龄女性健康知识掌握情况。Objective To investigate the infection rate of marijuana vaginal infections among 653 married women in a hospital,and to analyze the risk factors.Methods Six hundred and fifty-three married women of childbearing age who had been treated in a hospital between January 2015 and January 2017 were randomly selected.All these patients were subjected to Gram＇s staining test for trichomonal vaginitis via microscopy.Questionnaires were handed out to investigate the risk factors.Results Eighty-five cases were diagnosed with trichomonal vaginitis among the 653 married women of childbearing age,suggesting that the prevalence rate of trichomonal vaginitis was 13.02%.The positive rates（PR） were higher in groups aged 30 to 40 and from 40 to50 than in other age groups（P〈0.05）.The infection rate of farmers was the highest（22.01%）,while that of civil servants was the lowest（6.06%）,so the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Spouse infection was considered the dominating factor of infection.Conclusion The incidence of infections with trichomonal vaginitis is high among married women of childbearing age.Moreover,prevention and treatment schemes should be implemented to improve the daily hygiene and health knowledge among married women of childbearing age.
