摘 要:随着技术的发展,镁合金作为工程材料受到了越来越广泛的关注。超疏水镁合金由于其特殊的功能特性使其在微流体运输、自清洁、防冰霜等领域具有广泛的应用前景。深入阐述超疏水表面浸润性机理,全面阐述镁合金仿生超疏水表面的制备方法,分析其工业化的可能。进一步总结超疏水镁合金在防腐蚀领域的研究现状及其耐腐蚀机理。同时,鉴于超疏水的耐腐蚀性能和抗黏附性能,将其与具有优异生物相容性的镁合金结合,探讨超疏水镁合金在生物医用领域的研究方向。With the development of technology, magnesium alloys have been concerned increasingly as the engineering material. Owing to its special functional properties, superhydrophobic magnesium alloys have a wide application prospect in the field of microfluidic transport, self-cleaning and anti-icing. The wettability mechanism of superhydrophobic surfaces was explained in detail. The preparation processes of the bio-inspired superhydrophobic magnesium alloys were also summarized while the possibility of its industrialization was evaluated. The research and the mechanism of corrosion property of the superhydrophobic magnesium alloys were sum up. Meanwhile, in consideration of the combination of anti-corrosion property and anti-adhesion property of the superhydrophobicity and the magnesium alloys with great biocompatibility, the research interests of the superhydrophobic magnesium alloys were discovered.
