摘  要:目的研究不同浓度的秋水仙碱溶液对线纹香茶菜植株性状、生物产量及有效成分含量的影响。方法分别用0.05%,0.1%,0.2%的秋水仙碱溶液对线纹香茶菜植株处理5天和8天,停药后让其自然生长,一个月后测量植株的高度和重量,叶形指数,以及有效成分迷迭香酸的含量。结果 0.1%秋水仙碱处理8天和5天,是线纹香茶菜的株高、株重、叶形指数最大的试验组;而0.05%秋水仙碱处理8天和0.1%秋水仙碱处理5天的线纹香茶菜中迷迭香酸的含量最高。结论低浓度的秋水仙碱溶液处理能提高线纹香茶菜的株高、株重和叶形指数,而有效成分含量则与秋水仙碱作用的浓度和作用时间有关。OBJECTIVE Effect of colchicine solution of different concentrations on Rabdosia lophanthoides morphological traits,yields and the content of effective components were studied. METHODS Rabdosia lophanthoides seedlings were treated with 0. 05% ,0. 1% ,0. 2% colchieine solution for 5 days and 8 days, respectively. Then, stop drug treating and let seedlings grow normally for one month. The heights, weight and leaves index of treated seedlings and control;while the contents of effective component rosmarinic acidwere analysed between treated and control seed- lings. RESULTS The optimum height, weigh were gained in Rabdosia lophanthoides seedling treated with 0. 1% colchicine treatment for 8 days and 5 days;and 0. 05% colchicine treatment for 8 days and 0. 1% colehieine treatment 5 days led to highest rosmarinic acid accumulationin Rabdosia lophanthoides. CONCLUSION low concentration of colchieine can improve the Rabdosia lophanthoides plant height ,weight a0d leaf index ,while the content of effective components was effective by the concentration ofcolehicine and the treating time.
