摘 要:中国移动用于室外广覆盖的TD-LTE网络主要有F频段和D频段,两个频段之间的切换主要是基于覆盖的异频切换,切换前用户的RSRP和SINR会比较差,切换后会获得明显提升。前期TD-LTE网络主要承载数据业务,目前VoLTE语音业务发展迅猛,原有基于RSRP的异频切换方式已不适应语音异频切换。为了提升4G客户VoLTE语音业务感知,本文提出了一种基于VoLTE语音质量的异频切换方法。To China Mobile, there are two mainly bands, named as F band and D band, for TD-LTE outdoor wide area coverage. The inter-frequency handover between F band and D band is based on coverage quality, RSRP and SINR become better after handover. TD-LTE network is for data service before, but now VoLTE service grows rapidly. As a result, the inter-frequency handover based on RSRP is not applicable for inter-frequency voice handover. In order to improve the experience of 4G VoLTE customers, this paper points out a method of inter-frequency handover based on VoLTE voice quality.
