中国制造业企业开放式创新行为及影响因素——来自世界银行2012年调查数据的实证分析

摘　　要：开放式创新行为对提高企业创新绩效有显著影响。基于2012年世界银行调查数据,对中国企业开放式创新行为影响因素进行了实证分析。研究表明:(1)企业开放式创新行为在区域、行业上分布不均;(2)竞争对手情况、信息技术支持度、数据软件共享度、产品出口、产品销售范围等对研发合作有显著正向影响;(3)高管工作经历、竞争者数量、信息技术支持度等对企业创新开放度有显著正向影响。Open innovation of an enterprise has a significant impact on the improvement of its innovative performance.On the basis of survey data of manufacturing sector in 2012 China-Enterprise Survey from the World Bank,the thesis makes an empirical study on the contributory factors of open innovation.The study shows that:(1)distributions of open innovation of China's enterprises are uneven in areas and industries;(2)some factors have dramatically positive influences on joint research and development,such as competitors,information technology support,data software sharing,product export,product sales area etc;(3)some factors have dramatically positive influences on innovation openness of an enterprise,such as work experiences of executives,number of competitors,information technology support,etc.
