摘  要:严寒天气导致的提升井井筒结冰、竖井装备卡罐及敷设水管冻裂是影响矿山安全生产的重大隐患之一。在国内外调研的基础上,通过对过去一段时间大气温度的统计分析,以及井筒结冰危害、防冻等级划分、冻井影响因素的分析研究,并结合对地温预热技术原理与矿山竖井反风防冻现状的深入分析,提出了适宜于海沟金矿竖井防冻的调控优化方案。方案实施结果表明:副井防冻效果良好,车场全天温度在2℃以上,通风系统的高效运转从根本上消除了通风系统紊乱可能引发的安全隐患,矿井抗灾能力、防冻能力均大有提升。Shaft icing,cage jamming and pipe cracking resulting from cold weather are among the major risks affecting safe production of mines. Based on investigations of research at home and abroad,the paper made statistical analysis of atmospheric temperature for one year,analyzed the hazards of shaft icing,classification of anti-freezing levels and influence factors of shaft freezing,and with the deep analysis of the mechanism of geothermal preheating technology and the current status of reverse-wind anti-freezing in mine shafts,proposed modification and optimization plans for vertical shaft anti-freezing fit for Haigou Gold Mine. The implementation results show that the anti-freezing effect in auxiliary shafts is good: the temperature in vehicle yard remains above 2 ℃. The high-efficient functioning of ventilation system eliminates potential safety risks due to chaotic ventilation from the root up. The resistance to disasters and anti-freezing capability of mine shafts are greatly improved.
