摘  要:简要阐述了云南锡业铅业分公司贵金属车间的生产工艺过程及原则流程,重点介绍了高效处理银电解残极的试验及试生产情况。生产实践表明,高效处理银电解残极的方法能产出符合GB/T 4135—2016《银锭》中IC-Ag99.99化学成分要求的电解银粉,同时可减少残极返炉重新熔铸的损耗,降低生产成本,减轻劳动强度,为企业带来良好的经济效益。This article briefly reviewed the production flow sheet in the precious metal workshop of the lead branch of YTC and the flow sheet in principle,and focused on the introduction of the experiment on high-efficient treatment of silver electrolysis residue anode and its pilot production. Practice of production proves that the high-efficient silver electrolysis residue anode treatment method could result in silver power which accords with GB/T 4135—2016 Silver Ingot IC-Ag99. 99,reduce the loss from residues anode's recast and the production cost,and relieve labor intensity. It also could bring good economic benefits to the company.
