城镇化建设背景下襄阳农产品物流环境分析与优化研究

摘　　要：为消除襄阳市农产品物流环境欠佳对农产品物流与城镇化建设协调发展的制约,通过对襄阳市农产品物流环境现状的调查及原因分析,针对政府部门对农产品物流重视程度不够、管理体制多头化、物流节点建设欠缺、冷链技术及信息技术落后等问题,提出了优化襄阳市农产品物流环境的建议,主要包括政府应完善农产品物流政策与管理体制、加强农产品物流专业型节点建设、注重冷链技术和信息技术推广使用、加快农产品物流标准化进程、培养农产品物流专业型人才等建设性意见。In order to eliminate the restriction of the poor agricultural product logistics environment in xiangyang to the coordinated development of urbanization construction, the researcher investigated the current situation of agricultural products logistics environment in Xiangyang, and explored the problems, including that government didnot pay great attention to agricultural logistics, poor management, lack of logistics node construction, the backward in cold chain technology and information technology and so on. This paper puts forward suggestions on optimizing agricultural products logistics environment, including optimizing agricultural products logistics policy and management system, strengthening the construction of agricultural products logistics professional nodes, emphasizing the use of cold chain technology and information technology, speeding up the process of agricultural products logistics standardization, training agricultural products logistics professional talents and other constructive suggestions.
