摘 要:造纸业废弃物回收和处理过程中,绿色逆向物流起到重要支撑作用。针对造纸业逆向物流特征及现存问题,从绿色回收、再制造、库存控制、逆向物流服务能力、财务效益、客户满意度六方面构建了造纸业绿色逆向物流绩效评价指标体系,综合层次分析法与模糊综合评价法进行评价,结合山东某造纸企业展开了实证研究,并提出改善建议。In the papermaking waste recycling and processing,the green reverse logistics plays an important supporting role,and environmental protection requirements is more stringent. Firsdy some problems currendy existing in this mode was pointed out. Secondly, this paper carried on quantitative and qualitative analysis of the factors affecting the forest and paper reverse logistics, from the green recycling, remanufacturing, inventory control, reverse logistics service capabilities, financial benefits, customer satisfaction, six aspects, established the evaluation index system of reverse logistics. And then an evaluation method suitable for use herein - Fuzzy AHP Comprehensive was selected. Finally, an empirical research on a papermaking enterprise in Shandong was conducted, and some suggestions were offered.
