摘　　要：汽车零部件入厂物流在汽车供应链优化中占有重要地位。文中较为全面地列举了汽车零部件入厂物流模式,并具体分析了国内优秀汽车制造企业——东风本田的入厂物流现状、入厂物流管理效果及存在的问题,提出了相应的改进优化方案,最后总结了其对我国车企入厂物流优化的启示。旨在为推动我国车企的发展,降低汽车生产物流成本,推动经济发展贡献力量。Incoming logistics plays an important role in the optimization of automobile supply chain. This paper explains several commonly used incoming logistics modes currently used by domestic automobile manufacturers. The research on Dongfeng Honda, including the incoming logistics status, the result of incoming logistics management and existing problems of Dongfeng Honda are followed. This paper analyzes the significance of its reference to the optimization of the logistics of China’s automobile production enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to promote the development of China’s auto production enterprises,reduce the cost of automobile production logistics and contribute to the economic development.
