广东省体育公共产品需求现状及公众评价调查

摘　　要：运用问卷调查法、访谈法和实地考察法对广东省体育公共产品需求现状进行调查,并通过公众评价调查了解广东省民众对现阶段体育公共产品的供给的期望值与满意度,从公众评价的视角审视广东省体育公共产品的供给状况。为政府制定体育公共产品供给政策,调整供给方式,确定科学的供给目标提供依据。调查结果显示:广东省居民认为现有体育公共产品基本能满足需要,对体育健身培训、辅导、健康和体育健身知识讲座的需求最强烈,其次是学校体育场地对社会开放。广东省公众对体育公共产品供给期望值与满意度之间具有非常显著的差异,说明体育公共产品供给效率距离公众期望尚有较大的差距,不同性别、年龄、社会阶层(职业)的人群对体育公共产品的总体期望值和满意度呈现非常显著性差异(p<0.01),不同收入人群对体育公共产品供给的期望值和满意度相差不大,基本呈现期望值高,满意度低的态势。产业工人阶层和城乡无业、失业、半失业人员对体育公共产品的满意度总体评价最低而期望值却较高。Using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview and field investigation method to carry on the investigation of the Guangdong Province sports public products supply and demand situation,and through public evaluation survey understand expectations of the current sports public products supply in Guangdong Province people value and satisfaction survey of Guangdong Province sports public products supply situation from the perspective of the public evaluation. This will provide the basis for the government to formulate the policy of sports public goods supply and to adjust supply mode and to determine the scientific supply target. According to the results of the survey: residents of Guangdong Province that existing public sports products can basically meet the needs,the demand for sports fitness training,counseling,health and physical fitness knowledge,the strongest,followed by the school sports venues open to the community. Guangdong Province public of public sports products supply expected value and satisfaction has very significant difference,the sports public products supply efficiency distance public expectations are still larger gap,people of different gender,age,social class( Professional) of the overall expectations of public sports products value and satisfaction showed very significant difference( P < 0. 01),the expectations of different income groups of public sports products supply value and satisfaction difference basically shows high expectations and low satisfaction with the situation. Industrial workers and urban and rural unemployed,unemployed,and semi unemployed people on the overall evaluation of the overall evaluation of sports public goods is the lowest and the expected value is higher.
