摘 要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和实验法对高校足球选项课教学模式进行探讨,目的是构建新型的教学模式,提高学生的学习积极性和足球教学质量。结果:(1)根据高校足球选项课特点,构建了高校足球选项课螺旋式教学模式;(2)螺旋式教学模式下,学生的1000m跑成绩优于传统教学模式,差异显著(P<0.05),学生的12min跑成绩优于传统教学模式,差异非常显著(P<0.01);(3)螺旋式教学模式下,学生的足球理论试卷和理论答辩成绩优于传统教学模式,差异显著(P<0.05);(4)螺旋式教学模式下,学生的足球运球过杆成绩明显优于传统教学模式,差异非常显著(P<0.01),学生的颠球、定点射门和头顶球成绩优于传统教学模式,差异显著(P<0.05);(5)学生对螺旋式教学模式的满意度明显优于传统教学模式,差异显著(P<0.05),学生对螺旋式教学模式下的自我学习情况满意度明显优于传统教学模式,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。提示高校足球选项课螺旋式教学模式的构建是成功的,在课上得到了实践的验证,能提高足球课上学生的素质、理论及技能成绩,能提高学生的自我学习情况满意度。The purpose was to construct a new teaching mode in football elective course by means of literature,experimental method and questionnaire,and to improve the students' enthusiasm and teaching quality. Results:( 1) This paper constructed the spiral teaching mode in football elective course.( 2) The students' 1000 meter performance in the spiral teaching mode was significantly superior to the traditional teaching mode( P < 0. 05). The Students' 12 min run scores were very significantly superior to the traditional teaching model( P < 0. 01).( 3) In the spiral teaching mode,the scores of students' football theory and theoretical defense are very significantly better than that of the traditional teaching mode( P < 0. 01).( 4) In the spiral teaching mode,the students' ball dribbling score was very significantly better than the traditional teaching mode( P < 0. 01). The scores of the juggling ball,fixed-point shooting and head-top were significantly better than the traditional teaching model( P< 0. 05).( 5) The satisfaction degree of the students was significantly superior to that of the traditional teaching mode( P < 0.05). The students' self-learning situation in the spiral teaching mode Satisfaction was very significantly better than the traditional teaching model( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: It is suggested that the construction of the spiral teaching mode in the football elective course was successful,and it could be verified in practice. It could improve the quality,theory and skill achievement of the students in the football class,and improve the students' self-learning satisfaction.
