摘　　要：本文根据恩施市农村空巢老人的实地调查数据,描述了农村空巢老人社区居家养老服务需求的基本特征,并利用二项Logistic回归模型分析了农村空巢老人社区居家养老服务需求的影响因素。研究结果表明,农村空巢老人对医疗保健服务的需求最多,其次为精神慰藉服务,最后为生活照顾服务,且与非空巢老人的需求强度有较大的差异。研究证实了健康状况和空巢原因显著影响了空巢老人对社区居家养老服务的需求,凸显了由子女外出务工形成的空巢老人的养老困境。由此,社区居家养老要首先满足空巢老人的医疗保健需求,并切实提升农村社区提供精神慰藉的能力,从而保障农村空巢老人的养老需求。Based on the survey data in Enshi rural areas,this paper describes the demand feature of home-based community care( HBCC) for the rural empty nesters,and its influence factors is analyzed by using the binomial logistic models. It finds that the rural empty nesters have the highest level in demand of medical care service,followed by spiritual consolation service and living care service. Also,the demand strength appears a significant difference between the empty nesters and the non-empty nesters. It further verifies that the health situation and reasons of empty nesters impact greatly on the demand of HBCC of the rural empty nesters. Therefore,HBCC should first satisfy the demand of medical service of the rural empty nesters. Another important scheme to improve the quality of HBCC is to enhance the community capacity of the spiritual comfort.
