摘　　要：文章从精细化管理制度、医管分工合治、专科经营助理制度等方面详细介绍了长庚医院在管理方面的实施措施,分析了大陆医院管理的现存问题,以期起到借鉴作用。The article introduces in detail the implementation measures of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in management from the aspects of delicacy management system,medical work and hospital management division of labor and special operation management assistant system;analyzes the existing problems in the management of Chinese mainland hospital in order to provide reference.
