陕西省连续刚构桥底板纵向裂缝调研统计分析及防裂建议

摘　　要：在对陕西省已建和在建的连续刚构桥病害调研中发现:在所有梁体病害中,梁体裂缝更为常见,已经成为绝大多数连续刚构桥的通病,而在箱梁产生的裂缝中,跨中底板纵向裂缝及沿底板预应力钢束孔道的裂缝最为严重。本文在调研统计的基础上,对陕西省连续刚构桥底板纵向裂缝的开裂情况及规律进行了整理统计,对病害原因进行了初步的分析,可为后期连续刚构桥设计及制定处治对策提供技术支持。In the study of the continuous rigid frame bridge disease that has been built and on built in Shaanxi Province,it is found that cracks of beams are more common in all diseases and have become the common problem of the vast majority of continuous rigid frame bridges. The longitudinal cracks in the middle span and the cracks in the prestressed steel beam channels along the floor are the most serious in all the cracks. On the basis of investigation and statistic,this paper makes statistics on the cracking of longitudinal cracks in the bottom slab of continuous rigid frame bridge in Shaanxi Province,and makes a preliminary analysis on the causes of the disease,which can provide technical support for the design of the continuous rigid frame bridge in the later stage and the formulation of treatment countermeasures.
