供给侧视角下福建省制造业转型升级研究

摘　　要：中国经济进入结构性调整阶段,福建省制造业也面临转型升级等诸多问题。从生产要素结构和制度供给两方面分析福建省制造业转型升级过程的成效发现:资本要素投入仍然是推动福建省制造业增长的主要动力,技术进步和创新要素仍显不足,有很大潜力;同时,福建省制造业的制度供给逐步完善,对促进福建制造业转型升级起到积极作用。因此,要以供给侧结构性改革为重点,促进制造业供给侧与需求侧有效对接;优化要素配置和要素供给结构;实现制造业动力转换,加强技术投入和创新,提高福建制造业的全要素生产率;促进相关制度供给的改革和创新,以推动福建省制造业的转型升级。China's economy has entered a phase of structural adjustment,and Fujian's manufacturing industry is also faced with many problems of transformation and upgrading. The new supply economics provides new thinking for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The analysis of the manufacturing transformation and upgrading process in Fujian Province from the perspective of production factor structure and system supply shows that the input of capital is still the main driving force to promote the growth of manufacturing industry in Fujian Province. The technological progress and innovation elements are still insufficient and have great potential. At the same time,the system supply of manufacturing in Fujian Province has been gradually improved and played an active role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of Fujian's manufacturing industry. Therefore,it is necessary to focus on supply-side structural reforms to promote effective docking between supply-side and demand-side of manufacturing industries,optimize the allocation and supply structure of factors,transform the motivation of manufacturing industries,enhance technical input and innovation,and raise the total factor productivity of manufacturing industry in Fujian,as well as stimulate the reform and innovation of related system supply as the rational supply management measures to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Fujian Province.
