旅游业发展与城乡统筹的空间差异——基于江苏省13个地级市面板数据的实证

摘　　要：旅游业发展和城乡统筹间拥有紧密的联系,在此背景下分析江苏省旅游业发展与城乡统筹的关系。利用固定效应回归发现全省旅游业发展可以促进城乡居民增收,并可以通过提高农民就业、扩大对外开放水平缩小城乡差距。利用全面FGLS方法分析区域差异,发现苏南地区旅游业可以促进城乡居民收入的增长,并可以通过改善产业结构促进城乡居民增收并缩小城乡差距。苏中和苏北地区旅游业发展对城乡统筹进程产生了有益影响,旅游业可以通过扩大对外开放促进城乡居民增收。而粗放型的城镇化进程对全省城乡居民收入增长以及城乡统筹都产生了负面作用。最后提出提高农民就业技能、推进乡村旅游、加强对农民的财政补贴、探索旅游引导下新型城镇化等建议。There is a close link between tourism development and urban and rural planning.In this context,the relationship between tourism development and urban and rural planning in Jiangsu Province is analyzed.By using the fixed effect regression,it is found that the development of tourism in the whole province can increase the income of urban and rural residents,and can narrow the gap between urban and rural areas by improving the employment of farmers and expanding the degree of opening-up.Analysis of the regional differences by using comprehensive FGLS methods found that the tourism in Sunan region can promote urban and rural residents' income growth by improving the industrial structure and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.The development of tourism in Suzhong and Subei had a beneficial impact on the urban and rural planning process.Tourism can promote the increase of urban and rural residents by opening up to the outside world.However,the extensive urbanization process has a negative effect on the income growth of urban and rural residents and the overall planning of urban and rural areas.Finally,suggestions are proposed to improve farmers' employment skills,promote rural tourism,strengthen financial subsidies to farmers,and explore new urbanization under tourism guidance.
