摘　　要：实现党在民营医院的组织和工作覆盖,是新形势下医疗卫生行业党的基层组织建设的新领域。本文探讨了公立医院帮扶式托管民营医院党建工作的优势、劣势及机遇威胁。以期有效解决民营医院党建工作的源头问题,探索民营医院党建工作的实践路径。It is a new field ffor the grassroots level hospitals to realize the organization and work coverage of the party building in private hospitals under the new situations. This article studies the opportunities and threats,strengths and weaknesses of Party building in the government-assisted private hospitals under government management in order to solve the problem of party building in private hospitals and probe into the practice path of the Party building in them.
