摘 要:目的分析心踝血管指数(cardio-ankle vascular index,CAVI)与相关影响因素的关系,为心脑血管疾病的早期防治提供依据。方法 2017年3月—4月对215例进入研究的体检对象进行一般资料及体质量指数(BMI)、血脂、血常规、血糖、CAVI等进行检测。以上检测项目采用SPSS13.0统计软件分析比较不同性别间基本资料的差异,并对CAVI与影响因素之间的关系进行Pearson相关分析,运用二元logistic回归(Stepwise法)对CAVI的独立危险因素进行分析。结果年龄、WC、WHR、DBP、PP、心率在男女之间的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示年龄、BMI、WC、WHR、DBP、白细胞、血小板、LDL-C、FBG、肌酐与CAVI显著相关(P<0.05);二元logistic回归显示年龄、WHR、LDL-C、FBG是CAVI增高的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论社区体检人群中,年龄、WHR、LDL-C、FBG是CAVI增高的重要危险因素,且WHR对CAVI的影响作用最大,提示应加强社区人群腹型肥胖的筛查工作,同时有效控制血糖及血脂有利于延缓心脑血管病变的进展。Objective To analyze the relationship between cardio-ankle vascular index( CAVI) and related influencing factors so as to provide evidence for early prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods From March to April in 2017,215 subjects who were enrolled in the study were examined for general data and body mass index( BMI),blood lipid,blood routine,blood glucose,and CAVI. In the above test items,SPSS13. 0 statistical software was adopted to analyze and compare the difference of basic data between different genders,the relationship between CAVI and related influencing factors was measured by Pearson correlation and binary logistic regression( Stepwise method)was used to analyze the independent risk factors of CAVI. Results The differences between men and women in age,WC,WHR,DBP,PP and heart rate were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that age,BMI,WC,WHR,DBP,leukocytes,platelets,LDL-C,FBG and creatinine were significantly correlated with CAVI( P < 0. 05).Binary logistic regression showed that age,WHR,LDL-C and FBG were the independent risk factors of CAVI( P < 0. 05).Conclusion WHR,LDL-C and FBG are the important risk factors of CAVI in the community health physical examination population. The effect of WHR on CAVI is the most significant,which suggests that the screening of abdominal obesity should be strengthened in community population and effective control of blood glucose and blood lipid can help to delay the progression of cardio-cerebrovascular disease.
