60例直肠癌术后患者肠外营养治疗及护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结直肠癌患者术后肠外营养干预方法和护理配合体会。方法对我院2014年11月—2016年11月期间行腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术治疗的60例直肠癌患者采取术后肠外营养治疗及护理,收集其临床病例进行回顾性分析,总结护理体会。结果 60例患者中仅1例(1.67%)导管相关性血流感染发生,且经对症治疗后痊愈,无空气栓塞、代谢紊乱等肠外营养并发症产生,所有患者伤口均顺利愈合,7~10 d后成功拆线,无吻合口漏、伤口裂开等术后并发症产生。术前体重(62.83±6.97)kg与术后体重(60.99±6.89)kg比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.454,P=0.149)。结论直肠癌患者术后进行肠外营养干预可以促进患者术后恢复,减少因营养不良导致的并发症发生,而细致规范的全程护理是保证肠外营养有效发挥作用的关键。Objective To summarize the method of postoperative parenteral nutrition intervention and nursing experience in patients with rectal cancer. Methods Parenteral nutrition intervention was carried out in 60 patients with rectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical resection in our hospital from May 2014 to November 2016,and the medical records of patients were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 60 patients,there was only 1 case with catheter-related bloodstream infection and the case was cured after symptomatic treatment. There was no air embolism,metabolic disorders and other parenteral nutrition complications. The incisions of all patients were healed smoothly,and the stitches were taken out after 7 t-10 days. There were no complications such as anastomotic leakage and wound dehiscence after operation.There was no significant difference in body weight before and after operation [( 62. 83 ± 6. 97) kg vs( 60. 99 ± 6. 89) kg]( t= 1. 454,P = 0. 149). Conclusion Parenteral nutrition intervention for the patients with rectal cancer can promote the postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications due to malnutrition,but nursing standard is the key to the ensured the effectiveness of parenteral nutrition.
