摘  要:针对包钢2 250 mm热轧生产线出现的钢带头尾宽度超差问题,采取了优化加热炉布料方式、定宽机入口夹送辊标高调整、严格控制加热炉板坯上下表面温差等手段,避免了板坯在定宽机处出现打滑现象进而引起的钢带头尾失宽问题,通过合理分配定宽机与立辊之间负荷更加有效的提高了钢带头尾宽度命中率。In view of the problem on width deviation at head and tail end of steel strip in the 2 250 mm hot rolling production line of Baotou Steel,the methods of optimizing the distribution of heating furnace,adjusting the elevation of pinch roll in inlet of settled breadth machine and strictly controlling the surface temperature difference of heating furnace slab between the upper and lower are adopted,which avoids the problem of steel strip width deviation at head and tail end caused by slip phenomenon of slab at settled breadth machine,and by reasonable distribution of the load between settled breadth machine and vertical roll,the hit rate of steel strip width at head and tail is more effectively improved.
