摘  要:文章通过二氧化碳腐蚀机理研究,结合化学元素对钢的组织、力学性能及耐蚀性能影响,设计了经济型抗CO_2腐蚀专用油管钢种及成分,通过对实验钢CCT曲线测试、淬透性检测、热处理后力学性能检验及抗二氧化碳腐蚀性能的检测分析,结果显示,设计钢种淬透性及力学性能均满足设计要求,但耐蚀性能与设计指标有一定的差距,成分设计存在优化空间。在此基础上,对经济型抗二氧化碳腐蚀专用油管钢种及化学成分进行优化,从实验结果可以看出,优化的钢种,调质处理后抗腐蚀指标达到设计要求。Through the research of carbon dioxide corrosion mechanism, combined with the influenments on the microstructure , mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of steel , economical special tubing steel and its components for CO2 corrosion resistance are designed. Through the CCT curve measurement , hardenability testing , me-chanical property testing after heat treatment and detection analysis of carbon dioxide corrosion resistance on test steel , the results show that the hardenability and mechanical properties of the designed steel can meet the design requirements , but there is a certain gap between the corrosion resistance and the design index, and there isdesign. On this basis , the steel grade and chemical composition of economical ssion resistant are optimized. It can be seen from the experimental results that the anti -grade after quenching and tempering treatment can meet the design requirements.
