摘  要:文章针对储罐探伤中存在的问题,提出使用横波探头激励超声导波对储罐底板进行无损检测。超声导波作为一种新型无损检测方法,很大程度上解决了我国在储罐缺陷检测上存在的困难。文章解释了导波的基本概念,分析了使用横波探头激励导波检测储罐底板的可行性,确定了使用横波探头激励导波的参数和特性,应用ANSYS做了导波储罐底板缺陷检测的有限元仿真模拟,得出了使用横波探头可以激励出SH0模态导波,并可以检测缺陷的结论。In the paper,aiming at the problems existing in the tank floor flaw detection,it is proposed to take nondestructive testing for tank floor by using shear wave probe exciting ultrasonic guided-wave. Ultrasonic guided wave as a new nondestructive testing method,has solved the difficulties in the detection of tank floor defects in China to a great extent.The paper explains the basic concept of guided waves,analyzes the feasibility of nondestructive flaw detection for tank floor by using shear wave probe exciting ultrasonic guided-wave,and determines the parameters and characteristics of using shear wave probe exciting ultrasonic guided-wave. ANSYS is used to make fem simulation of guided wave tank floor defect detection,and the conclusion that SH0 mode guided wave can be excited by using shear wave probe and the defect can be detected are obtained.
