摘　　要：文章通过进一步挖掘企业标杆管理存在问题的根源,提出对企业标杆管理的再认识,阐述实施企业标杆管理对降低生产成本的价值和意义。通过标杆管理、项目管理以及精益管理的完美结合,实现了烧结生产成本的合理控制。In the paper, a new understanding of the benchmarking management for enterprises is put digging the root causes of problems in benchmarking management of enterprises,and the value and significancethe cost of production through the implementation of benchmarking management are enation of benchmarking management, project management and lean management, the reasonable control otion cost is realized.
