经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘摘除术的效果研究与分析

摘　　要：目的分析经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘摘除术的效果。方法在湘西自治州人民医院选取35例患者作为研究组,行经皮椎间孔镜手术,在吉首市人民医院脊柱外科选取35例患者作为对照组,行小切口手术,观察并比较两组患者的JOA评分及相关指标。结果对照组的JOA评分比研究组低,研究组的切口大小、手术时间及住院时间优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘摘除术应用于椎间盘突出症患者的治疗中,效果确切,创口较小,且恢复较快,建议临床应用与推广。Objective To analyze the effect of percutaneous transforaminal lumbar discectomy. Methods In the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital, 35 patients were selected as the study group and underwent percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery. 35 patients were selected as the control group in the spine surgery department of Jishou People's Hospital in Jishou, and small incision surgery was performed, observation and comparison of two groups of patients with JOA score and related means standard. Results The JOA score in the control group was lower than that in the study group, and the incision size, operation time and hospitalization time in the study group were better than those in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of percutaneous transforaminal lumbar discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is accurate, less wound and faster recovery. It is suggested that the clinical application and promotion.
