摘 要:炭化室出来的荒煤气温度大约在700~850℃,对其进行余热回收具有较高的节能与经济效益。本文从焦炉上升管中焦油结焦问题和余热回收系统这两方面综述分析荒煤气余热回收利用的研究现状,为荒煤气余热回收技术的发展提供参考,并分析设计出了一套螺旋盘管式荒煤气余热回收系统。试验结果表明:在一个完整炼焦周期内无结焦现象,荒煤气出口温度保持在500℃以上,可得2.5MPa蒸汽3 000kg左右,具有应用推广价值。The coke-oven gas temperature in the coke oven chamber is about 700 ~ 850 ℃,and the waste heat recovery is energy saving and economic efficient. This paper analyzed and summarized the current research status of coke-oven gas waste heat recovery from two aspects in tar coking issues in ascension pipes and waste heat recovery system,providing reference to the development of the coke-oven gas waste heat recovery technology. And a spiral coil type waste heat recovery system was designed. The test results showed that: there was no coking problem during a complete coking cycle,the coke-oven gas outlet temperature maintained at above 500 ℃,and 2. 5 MPa steam 3 000 kg can be obtained,which had the application and promotion value.
