摘 要:增设低温省煤器作为当前一种可行的节能手段被广泛应用于各大电厂,但其节能效果一直没有准确的计算方法。本文以某660MW机组的全工况仿真系统为平台,研究分析了低温省煤器对系统的影响及其经济性,并将辅机能耗以等效焓增的形式表现出来。研究表明,在660MW、500MW、330MW这3种典型工况下低温省煤器能够降低的发电标准煤耗量分别为1.55 g、1.35 g、1.17 g。因此低温省煤器能够有效降低机组的发电标准煤耗,且在工况越高时,节能效果越明显。As a feasible energy saving method, the addition of low temperature economizer is widely usedin large power plants. But tliere is no accurate way to measure the effect of energy - saving. Based on thesimulation system of the whole working condition of a 660 MW unit, the influence of low - temperature e-conomizer on the system and its economical efficiency are analyzed in this paper. And the energy con-sumption of auxiliar equipment is shown in the form of tlie increase of eshowthat under the 3 typical working conditions of 660 MW,500 MW and 330 MW,conomizer can reduce the standard coal consumption about 1.55 g , 1.35 g and 1. 17 g rethe low - temperature economizer can effectively reduce the standard coal consumptithe higher the working condition, the more obvious the effect of energy saving.
