摘  要:研究了不同Co掺杂量介孔Co-MCM-41分子筛吸附脱除FCC柴油中的碱性氮化物。静态吸附实验结果表明,各Co-MCM-41分子筛的吸附脱碱氮能力均优于MCM-41,其中Co-MCM-41(0.06)的吸附容量最大为9.11mg/g,优于MCM-41的7.36mg/g。但当掺杂Co/Si比大于0.06时,过多的Co会以Co3O4形式高度分散在分子筛孔道中,堵塞了吸附活性位,使其吸附脱除FCC柴油中碱性氮化物的能力反而有所下降。Co-MCM-41(0.06)静态实验时FCC柴油的GC-NCD结果表明,脱除了82.21%苯胺类碱性氮化物,44.68%的弱碱性吲哚类氮化物及24.43%的非碱性的咔唑类氮化物,说明Co-MCM-41(0.06)对碱性氮化物具有较好的选择性。动态实验结果表明,每克Co-MCM-41(0.06)可将15.2mL的FCC柴油的碱氮从235.95μg/g脱除到10μg/g以下,吸附容量为3.09mg/g,动态实验时MCM-41吸附脱碱氮能力几乎完全消失了。采用焙烧或乙醇溶剂洗涤再生处理模拟柴油的Co-MCM-41(0.06)几乎完全恢复了吸附脱氮能力,但处理FCC柴油试样的再生效果较差。A process for adsorption removing basic nitrogen compounds from FCC diesel oil was stud- ied by static stirring method using Co-MCM-41 as adsorbent. The experimental results showed that the adsorptive denitrification capacity of all Co-MCM-41 were better than MCM-41 and every gram Co- MCM-41 (0.06) adsorbent could adsorb 9.11 mg nitrogen from FCC diesel oil that significantly bested the MCM-41 7. 36 mg/g adsorbent. But the adsorptive denitrification capacity of Co-MCM-41 de- creased when the Co/Si exceeded 0.06 in that too much Co could highly disperse in the channel of Co- MCM-41 as Co3O4 and blocked the adsorption active sites which will hinder the adsoption between the nitrogen compounds and active sites where it will decline the adsorptive denitrification capacity. The results of treated FCC diesel measured by GC-NCD indicated that 82. 21% basic nitrogen compounds anilines, 44.68% weakly alkaline indoles and 24.43% non-basic nitrogen compounds carbazoles were removed which illustrated Co-MCM-41 (0. 06) had high selectivity toward the basic nitrogen com- pounds. The results of adsorptive denitrification from FCC diesel by using dynamic adsorption method showed that for a breakthrough point of 10 μg/g, the breakthrough volume and breakthrough capacity for Co-MCM-41(0.06) at ambient conditions are 15.2 mL/g of adsorbent and 3.09 mg of nitrogen/g of adsorbent, respectively. While for the MCM-41, these data are almost zero. Furthermore, Co- MCM-41(0.06) after treated model diesel oil could be easily regenerated its adsorption denitrifieation performance by using calcination or ethanol regeneration method, but it regenerated poorly after trea- ted FCC diesel oil.
