仲丁氨基甲酸甲酯的合成

摘  要:采用碘化钾催化仲丁胺与碳酸二甲酯的反应合成仲丁氨基甲酸甲酯。实验考察了仲丁胺与碳酸二甲酯的摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂及用量对反应的影响,结果表明:碘化钾催化活性高、易于分离;较佳的合成条件为n(仲丁胺)∶n(碳酸二甲酯)=1∶3,反应时间9h,碘化钾的加入量0.8%。在此条件下产物收率大于79%,纯度大于98%。The sec-butyl methyl carbamate was synthesized through the reaction between sec-bu- tylamine and dimethyl carbonate with potassium iodide as catalyst. The effects of molar ratio of sec- butylamine and dimethyl carbonate, reaction time, catalyst dosage on the synthesis reaction were dis- cussed. The results showed that potassium iodide has a high catalytic activity and be easily separated. The yield and the purity of the sec-butyl methyl carbamate was higher than 79% and 98%, respective- ly, under the optimum conditions as follows: the molear ratio of sec-butylamine and dimethyl carbon- ate was of 1 : 3, the reaction time was of 9 h and the dosage of potassium iodide was of 0.8%.
