重庆市渝中区2011—2016年“两纲”妇幼卫生指标分析

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市渝中区妇幼保健工作经验和存在的问题,为改善妇女儿童生存环境、促进妇幼卫生事业全面发展提供科学依据。方法对2011—2016年重庆市渝中区"中国妇女发展纲要(2011—2020年)""中国儿童发展纲要(2011—2020年)"(两纲)妇幼卫生指标监测资料进行回顾性分析。结果重庆市渝中区"两纲"妇幼卫生指标完成情况良好。其中孕产妇死亡率、婴儿死亡率、5岁以下儿童死亡率3个主要指标保持在较低水平,但出生缺陷发生率尚未达标。结论重庆市渝中区应进一步加强育龄妇女优生优育健康教育,提高婚前医学检查率,降低出生缺陷发生率。Objective To understand the experience and existing problems of Yuzhong District maternal and childhealth care work to provide a scientific basis for improving the maternal and child survival environment and promoting the inte-grated development of maternal and child health undertakings.Methods The monitoring data on maternal and child healthmonitoring indicators in the Chinese Women′s Development Program(2011—2020)and China′s Child Development Program(2011—2020)in Yuzhong District of Chongqing City during 2011—2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The com-plete status of maternal and child health indicators of "Two Programs" was in good condition,in which 3 major indicators ofpregnant women and parturients mortality rate,infant mortality rate and mortality rate of children under 5 years old remained ata low level,but the occurrence rate of birth defects did not reach the standard.Conclusion Yuzhong District of ChongqingCity should further strengthen the eugenics health education on child-bearing women and increase the rate of premarital medi-cal examination for reducing the incidence rate of birth defects.
