丹参注射液预防缺血性脑卒中后下肢深静脉血栓临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析丹参注射液在预防缺血性脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)中的有效性和安全性。方法将2012—2015年在该院接受治疗的141例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组(73例)和试验组(68例)。对照组根据相关诊治指南实施标准治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合丹参注射液治疗,对比两组下肢DVT发生率和治疗的不良反应。结果试验组发生2例下肢DVT,发生率为2.94%,对照组发生8例下肢DVT,发生率为10.96%,二者比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.127)。但在合并心血管病和(或)糖尿病的患者亚组中,试验组的下肢DVT发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。两组均无3级以上不良事件发生,两组间各治疗相关不良事件发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参注射液预防缺血性脑卒中患者下肢DVT安全有效。Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis（DVT）of the lower extremity after ischemic stroke. Methods One hundred and forty-one patients with ischemic stroke treated in this hospital during 2012—2015 were randomly assigned to the control group（73 cases）and experimental group（68 cases）. The control group conducted the standard therapy according to the related diagnosis and treatment guideline,while on this basis the experimental group was combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection treatment. Then occurrence rate of lower extremity and treatment adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Two cases in the experimental group appeared lower extremity DVT with the occurrence rate of 2.94%,while 8 cases in the control group developed lower extremity DVT with the occurrence rate of 10.96%,the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance（P=0.127）. But in the subgroups of complicating cardiovascular diseases and/or diabetes mellitus,the incidence rate of lower extremity DVT in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.048）. No adverse events（AEs） 〉grade 3 occurred in both groups,and the treatment related AEs incidence rate had no statistical difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection is effective and safe in the prevention of lower extremity DVT after ischemic stroke.
