摘　　要：基础设施作为传统村落传承与发展的物质性条件，却常囿于建设薄弱和缺乏引导而陷入功能衰退与供需失衡的困境，对其进行改善已迫在眉睫。文章在综合分析传统村落基础设施特征和已有相关文献的基础上，突出对传统村落基础设施的“生态适用性”“地域价值性”及“活态性”考量，搭建了由工程技术条件、历史文化价值及发展存续条件构成的针对基础设施各系统的传统村落基础设施综合评价体系，以期对传统村落基础设施的评价与改善提供必要的参考与依据。As the material condition of inheritance and development of the Traditional Villages, infrastructure is always limited to the weak construction and lacking guidance, and falls into dilemma of the functional decline and imbalance between supply and demand. The improvement on infrastructure of the Traditional Village is imminent. On the basis of analysis on the infrastructure characteristics of the Traditional Village and related documents, the paper emphasizes on the ＂ applicability ＂, ＂ regionalism ＂ and ＂living state＂, and builds up a comprehensive evaluation system on the infrastructure of Traditional Village, which is composed of engineering technical conditions, historical value and development conditions. The article expects to provide the necessary reference and basis for the evaluation and improvement on infrastructure of the Chinese Traditional Villag.
