介入手术室护理人员职业暴露认知度及继续教育需求程度研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨介入手术室护理人员职业暴露认知度及继续教育需求程度。方法:选取2016年3月~2017年3月75名介入手术室护理人员为研究对象,对其进行手术室职业暴露认知度及继续教育需求程度的评估,并比较不同性别、年龄、职称、文化程度及职业倦怠感护理人员的评估结果。结果:75名介入手术室护理人员的职业暴露认知度一般,继续教育需求程度较高,男性、年龄较低、职称较低、文化程度较低及职业倦怠感较高护理人员的职业暴露认知度低于其他护理人员(P<0.05),不同性别护理人员的继续教育需求程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),年龄较低、职称较低、文化程度较低及职业倦怠感较低护理人员的继续教育需求程度高于其他护理人员(P<0.05)。结论:介入手术室护理人员职业暴露认知度一般,继续教育需求程度较高,且不同性别、年龄、职称、文化程度及职业倦怠感护理人员的差异明显,应根据其差异进行针对性干预。Objective: To explore the occupational exposure awareness and further education demand degree of nurses in interventional operating room. Methods: To select 75 nurses from interventional operating room as research objectives and estimate their occupational exposure awareness and further education demand degree from March 2016 to March 2017. Compare the estimation result of nurses of different gender,age,title,educaiton degree and job burnout sense. Results: Occupational exposure awareness of the 75 nurses was common,but further education demand degree was high. The occupational exposure awareness of young male nurses with lower title,lower education degree and higher job burnout sense was lower than other nurses( P < 0. 05). Compare further education demand degree for nurses of different gender,but there was not statistical significance( P > 0. 05). Further education demand degree for nurses of younger age,lower title,lower education degree and job burnout sense was higher than other nurses( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Nurses from interventional operating room have common occupational exposure awareness and their demands for further education are high,furthermore,the difference for nurses of different gender,age,title,and education degree and job burnout sense is obvious,so it is suggested to make special intervention according to their difference.
