摘  要:目的:探讨多元化健康教育对断指再植术患者康复效果及自护能力的影响效果。方法:选取2014年1月~2016年12月本院及外院收治的150例断指再植术患者,随机将患者等分为观察组及对照组,对照组围手术期实施常规护理指导,观察组围手术期实施多元化健康教育,比较两组患者自护能力、术后断指功能恢复情况及生活质量情况。结果:干预后观察组患者自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、自我概念、自我护理知识及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组断指功能恢复优良率、术后康复锻炼依从率、疾病知识知晓率及患者满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),而观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后躯体健康、社会功能、物质生活、心理健康及总体健康等方面评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多元化健康教育能有效提高断指再植术患者术后自护能力及疾病知识水平,有助于提高患者术后康复锻炼依从性,促进断指康复,提高患者生活质量。Objective: To explore the effect of ddiversified health education on the recovery and self-nursing ability of patients with reimplantation of severed finger. Methods: To select 150 cases with reimplantation of severed finger cured in our hospital and other hospitals from January 2014 to December2016,and randomly divide them into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given diversified health education. Compare patients' self-nursing ability,fingers recovery after operation and life quality between the two groups. Results: After intervention,the self-nursing ability,self-care responsibility,self-concept,knowledge of self-nursing and total scores were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Recovery of severed finger,compliance of rehabilitation exercises after operation,knowledge of disease and patients' satisfaction rate in observation group were higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05),while the occurrence rate of postoperative complications was lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05). After intervention,the scores of health condition,social function,material life,mental health and general health in observation group were obviously higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Diversified health education could increase patients' self-nursing ability and knowledge of disease after operation of implantation of severed finger,and enhance their compliance to rehabilitation exercise,thus promote the recovery of severed finger and improve patients' life quality.
