知信行护理模式在颜面部大面积烧伤后瘢痕预构皮瓣治疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨知信行护理模式在颜面部大面积烧伤后瘢痕预构皮瓣治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年6月42例颜面部大面积烧伤后瘢痕预构皮瓣治疗的患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组以知信行护理模式为指导进行护理。比较两组患者并发症发生情况、治疗认知度及护理前后不良情绪评分。结果:观察组患者并发症发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后治疗认知度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者不良情绪评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组不良情绪评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:知信行护理模式在颜面部大面积烧伤后瘢痕预构皮瓣治疗患者中应用效果较好,可显著改善患者的治疗认知度及不良情绪,且对并发症也有较好的控制作用,因此临床应用价值较高。Objective: To explore the application effect of knowledge-attitude-practice nursing mode on patients in treatment of prefabricated flap after extensive facial burn scar. Methods: To select 42 case of patients in the treatment of prefabricated flap after extensive facial burn scar as research objectives from January 2016 to June 2017,and divide them into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was nursed and guided by knowledge-attitude-practice nursing mode model. Compare occurrence of complication,medical treatment awareness and score of unhealthy mood before and after nursing between the two groups. Results: Occurrence of complication of patients in observation group was lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05). The medical treatment awareness in observation group was better than that in control group after nursing( P < 0. 05). Before nursing,there was no statistically significance in unhealthy mood between the two groups( P > 0. 05).After nursing,the score of unhealthy mood in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Knowledge-attitude-practice nursing mode model could have an excellent application effect on patients in the treatment of prefabricated flap after extensive facial burn scar,significantly promote patients' medical treatment awareness and alleviate unhealthy mood,and effectively control the occurrence of complication,and therefore its application value is excellently high in clinic.
